Di solito non mi interessa cosa fanno i vicini, ma gli uomini dall’altra parte hanno installato questa telecamera di recente. Può spostarlo di 360° e talvolta lo punta direttamente sulle nostre stanze e dai vicini per ore o giorni, non so per quale motivo ma è un po’ strano e spaventoso. Inoltre, ogni volta che qualcuno passa, la telecamera emette un forte segnale acustico.
So che ci sono molte telecamere a Malta, ma è legale? Puntare su altre case e lasciare che emetta un segnale acustico costante quando ci sono movimenti?

This is probably just after an electricity cut, it then switches back on and goes to its default angle.

It is illegal but from experience they will not do anything about it. You can try reporting it to data protection.

Use a powerful laser pointer to burn the camera sensor. The easiest solution to it.
