Ho acquistato un biglietto DE proprio ora dal 10 al 31, quindi ho annullato l’abbonamento dopo l’acquisto. È così che anche il biglietto non verrà attivato il 10… Sento che qualcosa non va (ricordo che mostra che il tuo biglietto durerà fino alla fine di maggio) qualcuno può aiutarmi?? Grazie mille

Bug in the app, had the some ‘issue’.
Should be a working ticket on the 10th.
Maybe try buying a ticket valid from today? Possibly the HVV app won’t let you buy a ticket that starts on the 10th and is immediately canceled. If the problem persists, try getting your D-Ticket from another vendor.
