Smart move! Those meetings are usually followed by parties held in penthouses at high towers with crappy windows.
Armenia is still dependent on Russia, why can’t this guy be neutral?

Pashinyan is stepping down from his Prime Ministerial duties to be on the campaign trail. He will send the Deputy Prime Minister in his stead.
