
Per me è già l’ultimo giorno della settimana, è stato breve.
La cosa positiva è che stamattina ho incontrato il #trainbow a Nivelles. Immagino che gestirà la linea S1 (omnibus per Anversa-Centrale) più tardi oggi. Oppure la S9 per Landen.
Chi lavora ancora questa settimana? Felice di farlo o no e perché?

Today we’ve got the news that Infrabel wants to close three rail crossings over 5 kilometers near Leuze.
One of them is a particularly complex 5-ways intersection, of which 4 major ways for cars (the N7 to Tournai, the N7 to Ath, a major street to the village of Pipaix, a major street to the center of Leuze) and 1 important way for bicycles (local traffic only path to the train station). Obviously, this is causing a lot of outrage. We speak of a “bridge and tunnel”, but I obviously cannot see the details as you must pay for the newspaper to see. I’ll have to ask the Bourgmestre and hope he knows.
Another is a major road between that same village of Pipaix and the N7, but the suggested alternative is to build a bridge in the middle of fields currently used for a bio goat farm. Actually taking over half its land. That’s obviously not ideal.
Well, I guess I need to try to work on a solution, as part of the council in mobility. But frankly, so far, the only way I see is to elevate the entire train track, which is going to be a ridiculous budget. I just don’t see a good solution?
