Apparently, this guy is a driver of one of the horse carriages in Cracow. This is just another example of how they treat their horses.
Honestly, it’s a disgrace that someone didn’t step in to stop him.

It was on tv actually, though not on the main news. It was at a horse market and the horse was acting sick, lying on the ground. The dumb and very drunk owner decided to motivate it into an upright position and a healthy behavior by pulling the horses tail from all of the possible choices. As you can see on the video it resulted in a very effective KO dealt by the horse. However drastic the video looks, the drunkard owner survived as the drunkards often do.
Cute horse. One less drunk sadist.
