You would think if they aimed at Ukraines military they would have won by now judging by how many apartment complexes and schools they obliterate every now and again.
It is horrific how the destruction of civilian infrastructure and casualities has been virtually normalized.
Nearly suffered the same fate last summer. Downed missile, Kalibr I think, landed circa 30 meters away. I can’t imagine what these people went through

Muscovy is deliberately targeting civilians, hospitals, kindergartens etc… They used the same strategy against the rebels in Syria.
