Well obviously.
Russia spent a lot of money and effort getting reform to where they are today, taking down the Ukranian flags is the least Reform could do in thanks until they get some actual national power, and can fully bend the knee to Russian interests.

I’m no Reform fan, but isn’t this a bit of a nothing story? As a party they settled on the idea that no government building should fly anything other than British flags. This is just them enforcing their own policy.
Time to raise a “hammer & sickle” flag to show they are uhh.. hard at work making it a better place.
