Look, put some wheels on her and wheel her the fuck in. Anyone involved in sexual abuse should have zero say on whether they appear in court. That humiliation is nothing compared to what they’re culpable of.

How is she unfit? The only thing she is unfit for is being a decent human.

Who’s mental health wouldn’t be in an atrocious state if they were facing these kind of charges.

If this is the standard set then every criminal should be getting a GP note for it. It’s nonsense.

They were hinting at this for awhile and now its true, she wont stand trial in front of a jury of her peers

Whatever about the gravity of the criminal allegations levelled against Donaldson, being his partner and allegedly knowingly aiding and abetting in the commission of said alleged crimes indicates an entirely different level of alleged depravity at the core of this case. Clearly the increasingly desperate efforts of avoid the glare of a public trial only serve to underline and sharpen the focus on the moral corruption and wickedness which the prosecution alleges.

Oh dear, another severe case of affluenza striking just before someone has to defend themselves.

A terrible shame. Poor Angela Kerins had the illness when asked to account for Rehab’s money.

Don’t worry, I bet it is the sort of frailty that wears off as soon as the case is finished. I’m sure she will be her same old self within a few months.

Did I read this correctly. Her case can be heard in her absence but she cannot be convicted because of her mental health.

Some legal gymnastics going on here.

Again?! How long can she keep pulling this stunt.

Edit – is she currently in a psychiatric hospital by the way? Someone that desperately ill should definitely be in the care of professionals.

For a sub that constantly cries about the suicide rates on the island you sure hate suicidal women when it suits you.

    11. Outrageous. What a coward. She’s only 59. Even insane people are put on trial.

I hear by sentence you, Eleanor Donaldson, to listen to every U2 album start to finish, to learn the lyrics of amhrán na bfhiann, and to keep your toaster on the counter for the rest of your days

This is a simple mockery of the system, and she’s getting away with it easily.

Epstein, Dahmer, Donaldson. It’s a tough first name for a young lad these days.

A couple of pallet burning psychiatrists absolutely knocking it out of the park here .

    16. If wonder if the victims of the alleged Donaldson sexual abuse have mental health issues. Would be more likely to suffer than Ms Eleanor.

Of course she is. Jesus. That’s fairly convenient…

Anything to worm her way out of responsibility eh? 😒

“Trial of facts” – WTF!?!?! She’s too depressed to be trialled for helping sexually abuse her daughter!?! She didn’t look too depressed on the news coming out of the court, big fucking smile on her face!

Interesting. It seems this is open to a retrial (with the extra condition, if they are acquitted, that there must be new evidence) – is that the case?
