First of all Im turkish- georgian and i recognize the armenian genocide and only want there to be peace between armenians and turks because this is the only way both people and countries can improve themselves. I dont want us fighting over territories while US is making fusion reactors lol. If there is stability in the region, this will benefit everyone here even georgia and other countries in the caucasus. Im also a georgian citizen btw so yeah this would benefit me even more. Armenians are good and honorable people as far as i have seen from the ones in istanbul and turks and armenians were friends a long time ago. I really wish to see that again.
At this point he has a point. We need to better our relationship with AZ and Turkey. We need to open doors for commerce.

When has Armenia ever asked for land from Turkey?
No Armenian government has ever had territorial claims from turkey since independence. Don’t know why so many turks have this wrong idea.
I think hes an idiot for even uttering such nonsense because no rational Armenian alive thinks theres a chance in hell historic Armenia ever will be a thing again.
I take issue with his statement because he is asking people to relegate the reality of our history as something to be forgotten and not cherished as part of our history. I genuinely do not care if no Armenian steps foot in what was Western Armenia for the next 1000 years, it will always be where my Grandfathers and Great Grandparents from both sides came from and their Great Grandfathers and so on. Armenians literally were formed in and around Van.
I also dont understand the staunch anti Armenian sentiment from Turkey or many Turks regarding this perspective because it doesnt change any facts or realities of today. Those lands now belong to the legal entity that is Turkey, conquered and cleansed of its former residents. Does it somehow undermine Turkeys heritage in region? I have trouble understanding why it is such an offense to juggle these ideas in tandem
