Modifica: si è trattato di un errore di battitura e l’account ufficiale IG ha pubblicato una nuova mappa che menzionava “Corea del Sud”

No idea , but you can submit a freedom of info request on their website and see if they’re allowed to give you that info

I know Armenians in Sakhalin, possibly children of ambassador or some high Russian official who moved there.
Well first of all it’s such an illiterate move to call that country North Korea at a government level because there is no such official name.
It’s called Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
And by that I assume the rest of the information is questionable as well.
