L’obiettivo è regolare i prezzi delle case per evitare ogni sorta di sfruttamento della situazione attuale e impedire che le proprietà siano quotate a prezzi ingiustificati.
PS: ci sono altre petizioni che meritano la vostra attenzione, penso che questo sia un modo per far sentire la nostra voce.

While it is a very serious matter, have these petitions ever lead to any actual change?
So if someone owns a house, they should be given a max price they are allowed to sell it? Relax mister…
And how exactly would this happen, a solution doesn’t seem to be listed in the petition?

Although I’m not sure what the proposal of the petition is?
The market will take care of the problem on it’s own. The economy is not good, and we might even get into a recession with no positive sign for the future. In these conditions prices will naturally fall and find a new equilibrium.
