There is a lot of talk to this day about the 2020 war, and what went wrong, and of course who to blame for our loss.
For those who want to understand better the workings and forces involved in the war, I am posting this article written just days after the war ended. I think this remains the best analysis I’ve seen to this day, at least in somewhat short form.

Advice?
Turkish intelligence personnel, and high-ranking officers were embedded in Azerbaijan to assist with command and strategic planning – along with their equipment. They also hired Syrian mercenaries.
The “almighty” Aliyev would not have pulled it off without Turkey.
I know it’s Serzh, but he’s being oddly specific here. I can’t imagine documents of such importance not being stored somewhere in the MoD/General Staff.

Nicely summarized article. Thanks for sharing.
But how does it relate to [this](https://tert.am/en/news/2021/02/17/serzh-sargsyan/3526402)?
