Always did wonder how long it would be before the “natural remedies” crowd would start literally eating poison. Turns out natural things can be bad for you to!

Self claimed “wellness coach” takes unknown substance and dies.

      Darwin Award nominee.

“Detoxing” by ingesting a seriously toxic concoction? What next? Getting sober with vodka? Getting off heroin with fentanyl?

    4. >…is believed to have …. after an apparent…..is thought to have ….adding: “But I don’t know what happened.”…”We haven’t had the test results back yet. I don’t know anything

      >Although Kristian’s official cause of death has yet to be confirmed, should it prove to be connected to Kambo, he could become the first British fatality linked to the substance.

      >Leicestershire Police confirmed that a man had been “taken unwell” at a Leicester property on April 11, subsequently passing away in hospital… a 41 year old man was arrested on suspicion of administering poison, before being released on bail, with the force stating that an “investigation into the circumstances of the incident is continuing”.

I’ve done kambo – its used by indigenous populations in various parts of the Amazon. The kambo makes you throw up – obviously it shouldn’t be strong enough to kill you.

I guess the guy may have underlying issues that made it tip him over the edge. By the way I suspect it been in use for many years if not longer by people in the Amazon.

I may be mistaken, but I’m pretty sure putting a frog-based toxin in your body may not be an effective way to ‘de-tox’. It’s more like tox-maxxing. RFK Jr would be proud.

“ what do we call herbal medicine that works?”
      “Medicine”

Ps “detox” isn’t real. Trash term with no physiologic meaning. No your three day fast is not detoxifying your body. No your “beets only for a week” diet is not removing toxins from your body.

The irony of a “wellness coach” doing something so stupid he became so unwell he died mildly tickles me.

Well at least he died doing what he loved. Licking a Frog’s ass.

It’s tragic that he died, I also hope he didn’t give any health or product advise that would cause harm to any of his clients too.
