Salsa di fagioli marini fatta in casa: pomodori a cubetti, Chef Brown, Sweet Baby Ray’s, un tocco di harissa. Cipolla caramellata, fuoco alto, finitura a fiamma ossidrica. Toast multicereali, burro Kerrygold e Worcestershire ovunque. Polenta fritta.
