Qualcuno sa se esiste ancora la polizza “assicurazione sanitaria obbligatoria 16 manat”? E cosa succede se non paghi?

Not sure what’s the background of the question. But I work as freelancer with voen. I probably delayed paying once, and then I discovered that I have 19.20 AZN borc on vergi website. Apparently it was 16 manat that I forgot paying and 3.20 cerime (faziler or whatever). I didn’t pay attention to that and after few weeks my business card was blocked (that happened yesterday lol). I just payed it and today my card was opened again.
