    Nuove lettere sulle targhe già sulle strade polacche. Cosa sta cambiando?


    Gli automobilisti di tutta la Polonia devono prepararsi per una vera rivoluzione. Per le strade compaiono già automobili con targhe completamente nuove. Per il momento le modifiche sono state introdotte solo per alcune vetture, ma alla fine si applicheranno a tutte le nuove immatricolazioni.

    Il Ministero delle Infrastrutture annuncia da tempo cambiamenti nel sistema di contrassegno automobilistico, ma solo ora gli automobilisti possono notarli con i propri occhi. Sulle strade polacche sono apparse le prime auto con targa, che all’inizio del numero di targa hanno lettere completamente nuove e precedentemente sconosciute. Non si tratta di una correzione cosmetica: è l’inizio di un grande cambiamento che interesserà tutti i proprietari di veicoli nei prossimi anni.

    Per ora le novità riguardano le cosiddette piastre cortecioè quelli che vengono installati nelle vetture tradizionali con spazio limitato "lamiera". Appaiono anche nuovi segni sui singoli piattiordinato su richiesta speciale dell’autista. Il motivo? Le possibili combinazioni di caratteri con lettere esistenti si stanno esaurendo.

    Chi riceverà per primo le nuove targhe?

    Gli autisti delle città più grandi sono i primi ad essere licenziati. Varsavia sta lentamente dicendo addio alla lettera "W" a favore di "UN"Poznań con "P" a favore di "M"e Danzica con "G" – Ora "X" appariranno sulle bacheche.

    Voivodati che hanno ricevuto nuove designazioni:

    • Voivodato della Bassa Slesia: "V" invece di "D",
    • Voivodato della Piccola Polonia: "J" invece di "K",
    • Voivodato della Masovia: "UN" invece di "W",
    • Voivodato dei Precarpazi: "Y" invece di "R",
    • Voivodato della Pomerania: "X" invece di "G",
    • Slesia: "IO" invece di "S",
    • Grande Polonia: "M" invece di "P".

      Maybe they can add a little coat of arms of the województwo on the plates?

      could’ve changed the format to one allowing more cars registered in one city or voivodeship instead of making an unintuitive voivodeship letter change. but what was made brings more personalised plate possibilities.

      What is the purpose of having plate codes tied to a city or voivodeship?

      They added more letters before recently. That was never an issue, but people with small brains and wallets, but big egos are using up small plates like crazy. I see them every day on cars that can have full size without problems.
      And ofc police instead of taking that car off the road, ignores the problem. There is even one BMW near me that has a sticker instead of a plate.
      I hate this corrupted wet paper country.

      I will buy a volkswagen passat b5 and register it in Wrocław to get the mythical VW licence plate.

      Why not re-issue numbers that are no longer in use? I’m sure there’s plenty of numbers originally assigned to cars that got scrapped ages ago.

      Only shows how old is polish government… why even use different letters for different parts of the county?
      In today’s world it’s completely unnecessary…
