Si sono trasferiti qui di recente e dopo ogni notte ricevevo un morso pruriginoso, alcuni erano piuttosto grandi, come su entrambe le dita dei piedi una accanto all’altra. Avrei potuto accusarli ingiustamente o avrei dovuto rescindere il loro contratto di affitto?

This spider homie will not bite you. Check your bed (matress seams / bed cracks) for possible bed bugs. Or maybe its just mosquitos?
Burn the house.
If you are not too sensitive you could search for biting spiders in Germany and hold one of those pictures next to your unplanned visitor.
However a friend got bit by a horsefly over the weekend and that was super itchy and gave a hell of a swelling so if it’s too bit for a mosquito my vet would be on a horsefly atm

They are capable of biting, but isually don’t unless you catch them and squeeze them to the extreme on your skin.
I’ve kept several different house spiders as pets and they are way more disgusted of you than you are of them.
In fact that seems to be the famously maligned Nosferatu spider. They don’t even build massive webs, only single strings to catch prey and rather actively hunt pests. So they are even less of a nuisance than your typical German house spider.
Looks like a nosferatu spider. Theoretically, they can bite, they are one if the few species in Europe strong enough to actually damage human skin. They will however only do this as a last resort when threatened and their bite is a bit like a bee or wasp string. If it was biting you, you would definitely wake up. I suspect its another bug biting you and it might be a good idea to allow the spider to stay, as they might catch the actual culprit.
Sieht tatsächlich aus wie eine Nosferatu spinne, die können beisen tut dann aber ca so weh wie ein Wespenstich wenn es also nur juckt ist sie wahrscheinlich nicht dran schuld.

I have a garden and every single night I find at least one of them sticking to my living room wall or something
they trigger some kinda of primordial fight or flight response in me, I have to terminate it. if it manages to escape behind some furniture you better believe I will completely reorganize the entire room until it is found

They are mostly harmles and dont do nets or bite humans unless they have to. Their bite hurts tho, you’d wake up if that would be your issue. I would rather check your bet as others suggested.
That beeing said: id catch that spider and set it outside (watch out, they are very fast once they get moving).
Spiders generally don’t bite people for fun.
I’d wager bedbugs. Or simply some mosquitos.
They scare me to no end, had one this week and when I knocked one down from the wall to the floor I could hear a thud. Spiders shouldnt make a thud when falling. I’m still scared.

This sounds like bed bugs.. Sadly I’ve had to deal with them. Lift your Mattress and check for back dots (Bed Bug Poop).. usually they hide in the corner of the bed joints, or the underside of the slats.
Get Bed-Bug spray when you see them. Good luck 🫠
