I biglietti dicono
Errore 1: Orari: 6:00 – 12:00, Tempo di sosta consentito 4 h, Orario di arrivo dichiarato 19:00. Mi chiedo cosa mi sto perdendo.

As far as i know the sign continues unless there is another sign saying otherwise
Parking signs are effective until the next junction, if they don’t have clearly marked end.
That road going into that yard, is a “yard road” and thus doesn’t qualify as a real junction. Because of that, the parking sign stays if effect, and you also don’t have to yield for cars coming from the yard.
Rules given by road signs usually continue to the next intersection, or until a different road sign of the same rule set. So in this case both spaces are free 4h parking within 6 – 24 and no time restrictions on 0 – 6.
Looking at street view, the parking signs are placed at the beginning of the red areas, and parking restrictions are enforced from that point onwards until the next intersection or next sign, whichever comes first.
