Rolls is better!
Papa burger with Rolls dipp that comes with the menu 😋
Corporate answer: competitive advantage through product differentiation
Layman answer: mayonnaise
Dunno, but can I offer some extra mayo with that?
I guess you just prefer your slop with mayonnaise rather than ketchup.
I have never gotten a good meal from Hesburger, soggy fries, just 80% mayo and once the bun was literaly frozen. Not that McDonald’s is supreme, but atleast it is always even ok.
Hesburger drowns everything in mayo.
You answered it yourself. US based company is operating within it’s guidelines balancing profits and quality. It’s faster and easier to make stuff and when ingredients are cheap you get barely any quality.
Hesburger being Finnish chain needs better quality to draw customers over massive chain that can just sell billion cheap burgers daily world wide.
Is it?
International American food chains aren’t usually known for quality food. So it’s not a surprise to me when someone likes Hesburger more.
Mayonnaise ❤️
Little cardboard rings to keep the lettuce in! I loved hesburger when i visited Jarvenpaa!
I’ll be honest, my experience as a Finn is that Hesburger usually sucks quality-wise. They don’t have to try, they are the default choice of fast food for many. McDonald’s on the other hand, has to compete for limited business and in my experience in my local area, Maccy generally has higher standards.
Tornio man here. Mcdonalds tornio is shit even on Finland level. Jyväskylä Mcdonalds was ok.
Everyone knows burgers and fries are just spoons for mayo.
No it isnt
Mayonnaise, lots of it.
Both have their highlights. Both have their monthly specials. Both have their bad sides. It is really hard to rank one on top of the other. Its all subjective anyway. OP is definitely a Hesburger fan and thats ok.
Burger King, McDonald’s, Hesburger in that order depending on how drunk I am on the way home. Hesburger last because I look like I had a fight with a jar of mayonnaise
Hesburger fries are shit compared to McDonald’s. But they are ok with paprika or 🥒 majo
Fries in McDonalds are better IMO.
Mcdonalds is trash even in the US
I can’t stand Hesburger. Every single one of their burgers is drenched in that hideous sauce. Not to mention how shitty they treat their employees. Their owner is Finnish equivalent to My Pillow Guy.
Hesburger has gone way downhill for years, though, unfortunately.
I don’t like Hesburger. Super limited choice, never new interesting items, no interesting sauces or anything. Boring and low quality chain and very slow on top of that (at least in my town, 15 mins for one burger when I’m the only customer is a joke). I wish there was MAX in Finland but nope, so I have to choose Mcdonald’s.
I haven’t tried McDonald’s in Finland yet, but I’ve had enough Hesburger to know it’s just as mid as any fast food burger place.
Hesburger used to be pretty good before they made the meals smaller and more expensive 5-10 years ago
