This looks like a gourme 3 star michelin Makkispekkis compared to what I usually whip up.

Slightly less funny looking? Da heck bro, that looks delicious! No matter how you pile it up, it will still taste good.. I sometimes add ketchup/mustard between layers of fries/sausage also while putting it together 🤣 Good one, next time make more and add in some blue cheese or thinly cut onion pieces for final touch 👨🍳

calling them funny looking in the first place was a mortal error.
I was once trying to find cheese curds in Finland to make poutine and realized that Finnish bread cheese basically _is_ baked cheese curds. And so I came upon the thought of making some “Finnish” poutine – fries, breadcheese and a gravy made with sautéed reindeer. It was absolutely awesome, 5/5 can recommend.
If you can find it (though I don’t think you can) try out Auran sinaappi. Way better than Turun Sinaappi. They also have a “väkevä” red one.
