When will we stop always delegating our rights and independence to different countries and actually start working on building a country that is able to defend itself?
France has zero obligations to defend Armenia beyond France’s interests. That’s the bottom line, and the same applies to Russia or any other nation.
Only Armenia could and should defend itself.
