      Har det samme problem en gang imellem. Det hjælper hvis jeg trykker på “pil tilbage” hvis det giver mening

      Try reclaiming the fine on the Movia (or metro) site. I had a similar experience with the app – the ride was inactive when a controller approached, I got a fine, and later I was also charged twice for that ride.
      Movia was checking it for 2 weeks and then withdrew the fine

    3. Had the same issue about a month ago. Had to re-install the app to fix. Not even restarting app or clearing cache helped.

      Afinstaller og geninstaller appen, virker ofte med apps der gør mærkelige ting.

      DSB appen, den er stadig elendig, men den er mile foran rejsekortappen.

      Hey, det virker nogen gange at lade appen være åben i nogle sekunder og så gå rundt. Tror den bruger GPS til at se hvor du er stået af for at beregne prisen. Håber det hjælper😊
