The sign underneath says ´www.dansendegolven.be´, which should be a website. But doesn´t go anywhere…

Dansende golven means dancing waves, so I guess it´s a sculpture and the website is no longer active.

As I was typing, I just googled it, and it´s supposed to be a man and wife, dancing, becoming waves.
