Ho invitato i miei vicini asiatici a fare una cena belga “tradizionale”. ho cercato di evitare i cliché e di far loro assaggiare cose con cui non hanno familiarità. Sono un grande amante del formaggio, quindi ho dovuto prendere un piatto di formaggi con vero pane (pasta madre). come piatto ho optato per gamberetti pomodorini, insalata di barbabietola rossa, witloof, mela, finocchio e germogli di insalata. e patate obbligatorie 🙂
