Kinda means nothing unless the complaints are valid.

Any enthusiastic Reform hater can submit complaints all day long just because they hate Reform.

      From the article:

She added: “They [the public] believe that because they [councillors] have made any kind of comment, it is a breach of the code of conduct.

“I have to write to each of those people and say, ‘You might find that post to be offensive or you might not like it … but if it does not relate to the role of Leicestershire County Council, the business of this council … then they are not acting in their official capacity.

“There have been a significant number of those over the year.”

Ms McMillian said that members of the public weren’t “very happy” with the response when writing back, and that the rise in complaint numbers “didn’t reflect the issues at all”.

**She added, “We could have 200 complaints, and out of those, 10 might only be valid complaints.**

It seems that the complaints are made by people who just constantly complain about every statement made by their political opposition. Sounds familiar…

Hardly surprising. Reform is populated by complete cretins.

    4. The 22 year old they put in charge of adult social care doesn’t believe that depression exists.

He was also caught using ChatGPT to do all his work so they fired him.

They also faced an investigation for using their own ice cream company on election day to induce votes from the public.

      These people are feral.

You get what you voted for so I have absolutely zero sympathy

So glad the potholes in my area got filled before Reform got into the council seat. Good luck getting anything useful done now.

      > “We could have 200 complaints, and out of those, 10 might only be valid complaints.

So she’s claiming a 5% validity rate. Yet the article gives actual numbers:

      > Between October 2025 and July 2026, the council recorded 87 complaints, of which 40 were dismissed. However, 12 are currently under external investigation.

47 valid of 87 is a **54%** validity rate, which is an order of magnitude higher than her claim. In short: a Reform council with a liar, what a surprise!

I am sure this isn’t true but I have such a lack of faith in the British electorate these days I would not be surprised if 900 of that 1000% increase is from people who support Reform and when asked if they would still vote for them they would say yes.

So pretty much what we’d expect from Reform councillors. How many have left by now?

From the same council who wanted to close the DEI department only to find out we didn’t have one and cancel net zero contracts to save money that actually cost us more, add to that in their constant concern over flags at a cost of over £50k and you can see the staggering level of incompetence we have to deal with.
