The very fact that it enables you to leave Malta (albeit whenever they feel like it) is already a redemption
Air Malta might have been losing money, but I was always treated very kindly by them and never ever had issues. Flew with them close to 50 times without a single incident.
KM is quite a different experience. First and last time I few with them, they had hired some contractor company to do all the check-in and boarding and the experience was worse than RyanAir. And that was just the start of my troubles, but I won’t get into the whole ordeal. But fuck KM. What the fuck is even the point?
