Sono un cubano-americano sposato con un turco. Adoro così tanto il cibo turco dalle mie visite che ho deciso di sorprendere mia moglie. I nostri amici hanno preparato il pane e i contorni.

First pic is amazing. But try to cook without the flames. It is better and more evenly cooked like that

Too big for pieces. You need to chop it down. It would be way much better for spices and seasoning.

Other than that, it looks great

Unfortunately, we Turks have neither a house with a garden nor a barbecue. So it’s hard to find someone to give ideas and advice.

    5. lol you are more Turkish than any native Turkish. I have never met with someone who can cook kokoreç home. It looks delicious

Yeah, I don’t think any of us have ever made it at home.

I suggest you change your name into “Türker” cause you’re Türker than any Türk ever Türk’d. Afiyet olsun.

Absolute yummers, but perhaps you could try to raise the distance between the fire and the cooking skewer. That way, you could get the taste and the smoke of the wood you’re cooking with to simmer along with your kokoreç, enhancing the taste.

Not even Turks themselves would make kokoreç at home. This looks absolutely delicious!!

It should be cooked good because they can give food poisoning if not cooked enough. Use spices to make it better.

Try cooking finely chopped oyster mushrooms in lamb fat. After adding spices like cumin, thyme and pepper its honestly same flavor and without possible non-cleaned intestines.
