To my knowledge the sale money must be transferred to a local bank account, and it must be in AMD. So if you don’t have an Armenian account, it still requires a physical presence to open one, to some nationalities, since banks are discriminating.
ok, where is transaction being recorded if its done without a notary. How do you proof the tranfer of the property title, and is it checked that the person selling its is the owner of the property.
in Europe that is the responsibility of the notary, to check that all is ok and the papers are legit and ready for the transfer of the titles
