How can they tell that there are no signs of animal cruelty? I’m assuming they were too decomposed to tell but I’m very doubtful that all animals died of natural causes.

Is this not illegal dumping at least. Surely dead animals are supposed to be disposed of properly. I suppose there is no licencing required to keep exotic snakes. ??

With all the hullabaloo about domesticated dog breeds, I find it amazing that there seems to be practically no limit on what people can do with wild exotic creatures in this country
