Ho queste tapparelle. Sembrano bloccati mentre sono chiusi. Si apre una quantità molto piccola come nella foto e non si apre ulteriormente. Niente sembra essere rotto. C’è una correzione per questo?

Maybe one of the bars(?) is out of line and blocking the whole thing. Go outside and look, if you can push it back in line
