Edit: based on scan line noise it could posibly be an lidar error
There is this crazy tool called [Displaz lidar viewer (c42f.github.io)](https://c42f.github.io/displaz/) once you install it you can go to [Lidar (gov.si)](https://gis.arso.gov.si/evode/profile.aspx?id=atlas_voda_Lidar@Arso&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1) and click on green checkbox “Lidar podatki po listih v projekciji D96TM (1km2)” zoom into area you are interested in and click it, then download using “Prenos podatkov GKOT (D96TM) LAZ format” not sure ZLAS or LAZ, and also not sure GKOT or OTR, one is with buildings/trees remove and one has buildings. Once you download file and open in tool I mentioned before zoom in on area in question, it is mind blowing how detailed things are.
