ero a Francoforte e i grattacieli sembravano perfetti lì, penso che le persone che sono state a Francoforte mi avrebbero conquistato, sono molto belli e non creano alcun disagio al traffico, alla popolazione o alla vista della città, fondamentalmente stanno rendendo la città 2 volte più bella, vorrei che fosse questo posto come questo è stato a Tbilisi.

I agree Tbilisi could be the financial hub of the region and host the wealth of Turkish/Azeri/Armenian/Middle easterners and of course Russians/CIS that are not wealthy enough to ship their money to EU/CH (just like a Caucasian Switzerland) but instead is too busy with ego trips left and right…
Frankfurt like all german towns have a masterplan (integrated concepts: buildings, traffic, social and other infrastructure) for city development. Its a strict framework and limits what might be already reached for high buildings. Basically, if you want to build shit there you have to put a lot of afford, brain and resources to a project that your application gets a chance. Despite your owner of ground already or not.
