Some wonder why we don’t see booms in the tech industry immediately after it becomes a government priority and often chalk it up to government incompetence and inefficiency and while this is a constant element of bureaucracy, the larger obstacle is a lack of small bits of infrastructure like data processing centers and legislation for capital to flow into Armenia. It takes time to create the right environment for a boom.
The important part for all of us is always going to be that we all contribute in whatever ways we can to build our collective home.
