Buonasera, oggi ho ricevuto sulla mia app k-ruoka la ricevuta digitale di una spesa effettuata mostrando la mia tessera plussa. Non ho effettuato l’acquisto e la mia copia fisica della carta è nel mio portafoglio dove è sempre stata. Sarà un bug? La mia è solo una curiosità perché alla fine non mi hanno prelevato soldi (non essendo una carta di debito ovviamente), anche se hanno approfittato di alcuni miei coupon 🙃. Volevo segnalare la cosa alle persone competenti ma non c’è contatto o assistenza sulla domanda.

Is this Kesko customer support? My suggestion is that you should contact this store and/or Kesko via http://www.k-ruoka.fi
Just my guess but sometime the cashier scan the customer card, sometime they type the customer number on the machine. Probably typed the wrong number so instead of going to the other guy’s card, it went to yours

There is. Tap on the “👨” icon in the top right corner, then tap the “⚙️” in the same corner, scroll down and tap ”Anna palautetta”.
