Questa non era una mossa del tipo ‘lasciami sistemare le palle’, era una mossa del tipo ‘lasciami farmi una sega sui jeans’ per diversi minuti. Stava usando la sua borsa come copertura, ho guardato negli occhi e gli ho detto di fermarsi, ha sorriso e si è fermato… per circa 15 secondi, poi siamo tornati al lavoro. Eravamo quasi arrivati alla destinazione finale (Olten, nientemeno). La sua attenzione non era diretta a me (F39), guardava sempre le ragazze adolescenti nei 4 posti successivi. Quale sarebbe il modo migliore per gestire questa situazione, se dovesse accadere la prossima volta? Qual è una frase tedesca appropriata da pronunciare ad alta voce su un treno per attirare l’attenzione degli altri passeggeri? Vale la pena chiamare per questo la Bahnpolizei? Voglio dire, immagino che non sia illegale strofinare le parti del corpo coperte in pubblico…

Take your photo to the police. Cameras on the train, ticket apps etc they may get him. These behaviours tend to escalate so you may save someone from a worse fate.
This would be a sexuelle Belästigung (Art. 198 StGB). If the DA would find some time to track him down, he would get fined. If there was a child around, it would be different though (probably a felony depending on intent)
Edit: Not a lawyer btw just a law student so I‘m not sure if this could maybe fall under Exhibitionism, which would also lead to a fine probably.
We’re physically going degenerates, I don’t see why that trend wouldn’t follow psychologically.
I wonder how will people react to “endocrine disruptors are making us all go infertile” ? Tbh I don’t really care about that dude touching himself in public… It’s just something that will happen more and more, until this ponzi system gives up from the myriad of factors that we’d rather ignore, only looking at the “growth of GDP” as the sole indicator of “progress and prosperity”.
