      How will Ukraine count Russian’s new assault scooters? Vehicles?

      8,000 tanks is how many Russia had before Feb 2022 according to the excellent work of Covert Cabal and later released figures by French Intelligence . Russia has been producing 3 tanks a day since so theres some way yet to go before they run out .

      Ok. Can we talk AA for a minute?

      (and just for the record – I don’t know much about war or the military ar anything).

      A preliminary web search suggests that Russia had about 56 s-400 systems at the beginning of the war. Several less now. But these systems are needed all over Russia to protect things like the Kremlin, cities, etc… I read a while ago they’re withdrawing systems from near the Finnish border to deploy them elsewhere… and of course you can’t cover EVERYTHING.

      So my question is – what do the numbers in our favourite little infographic here relate to these kinds of numbers. Taken at face value – 830 destroyed – it would suggest that Russia must actually close to running out of these systems – which surely can’t be right.

      And in light of the idea of ‘shaping’ the airspace to prepare for the arrival of the F-16s – what does this all mean? Is Russia running out of AA? Will losses make a material difference to the F-16 possiblities?

      How many more AA systems does Russia have left? And at what point will ukrain be able to just send missiles willy nilly into Russia or Crimea and destroy big military bases, the Kerch bridge etc…
