Can we just move on to Ukraine being able to target whatever valid military target they like with whatever they need to use? Only being able to target beside Kharkiv is absurd. Why not Rostov, Voronez or Kursk? It’s all Russian soil as much as Belgorod no?

As an American and representative of the entire nation, I hereby grant permission for Ukraine to use American sourced weapons to strike inside Russia at their discretion.
