I think this is normal. Happens to me with cheese sometimes. It has to be some kind of chemical reaction, I’m not sure what exactly. It usually takes a couple of days, so I wouldn’t worry. I’m not sure if aluminium foil is a good long-term storage medium anyway.
Do you have metallic pan or something? Or acidid or spicy food?
