For further more broader context, beyond the issue of language and russia’s efforts to eliminate ukr culture and identity, today while other world leaders were commemorating D-Day putin chose to announce officially that russia is a state sponsor of terrorism:

Certainly another hardy effort to threaten, subvert and intimidate as russia continues to set the stage and create the same conditions that led to WWII.
For some further context, beyond language and russia’s efforts to exterminate ukr culture and identity, while world leaders commemorated D-Day, putin officially announced that russia is accelerating its efforts, not only as a terrorist state, but opening expanding its role as a state sponsor of terrorism.
