Oggi la polizia di Soletta accompagna una famiglia di anatre lungo una strada fino al fiume Aar. 4 di loro. Con le pistole. E taser. E manette. Se esistesse un esempio migliore della gestione del rischio svizzera, mi piacerebbe vederlo.
