Several words are illegible, but the gist is to take trash away with you.

Not a direct translation, but it’s a short poem/rhyme telling hikers to not litter trash on the trail.
Went on this trail this past sunday. It’s one of my favourite quick and easy hikes.

If I read it correctly it says:
“Ko greš na Nanos in piješ, ješ in se sladkaš,
XXXX da smeti nazaj v torbo daš.”
Like others have said, it’s a short poem that tells hikers not to litter on the trail. It would directly translate as:
“As you go on Nanos and you eat, drink, and eat sweets,
XXXX put the trash back into your bag.”
The XXXX stands for the word/s that are too weathered away

You need to put your waste in the backpack.
