Does the company and the building exist? Yes.
Is it WAY WAY overprices? Also yes. Is it a scam? No? Are you getting ripped off? Yes.
I live close by and I was really wondering who in their right mind would consider to rent an appartment there. The building is ugly as fuck (from the outside) and the pictures of the appartments from the homepage do not even look good to me. On top of that, the location isn’t even that good. Last but not least, the price they are asking is plain ridiculous.
What is the concept even? Looks like a student dorm for grown-ups to me, I really can’t imagine this works in a city like Vienna. Also I am pretty sure it must feel like a ghost building inside. Apparently they are booked 1/4, which does not sound a lot but I don’t even believe that.
