Pago 42 euro al mese per l’elettricità a partire da novembre dell’anno scorso (anche se non mi sono mai “trasferito” nel mio appartamento finché non ho preso i mobili e tutto a novembre e quindi non ho mai usato l’elettricità a settembre e ottobre, e loro solo mi ha fatturato novembre e dicembre) Tuttavia, recentemente ho ricevuto una lettera che mi informa che hanno calcolato l’elettricità di fine anno e mi faranno pagare 54,41 euro…… e il mio tedesco non è molto buono, quindi forse sono confuso ma mi vengono addebitati 33,61 centesimi per KwH, come puoi vedere nelle foto allegate e mostra anche che ho usato solo 44 kWH e ho pagato 42 euro ogni mese… sono un po’ confuso perché non dovrei effettivamente ricevere indietro i soldi invece di pagare di più? Qualcuno che è bravo in queste cose può aiutarmi e dare un’occhiata ai miei documenti e dirmi se ho ragione o torto? lo apprezzerei davvero, grazie!! Perché ho la sensazione che se li contatto e si scopre che semplicemente non capisco come funziona l’elettricità in Germania, potrebbero incazzarsi e annullare il mio contratto senza motivo.

Grundpreis is a base fee per month. You pay that even if you use 0 kWh.
The invoice only takes 2023 into account, nothing from 2024.
It also says you have payed 0 Euros (and not 42) at least until end of December. If you did pay something during that time already, you should reach out to them.
