Perhaps. Informing people to vote definitely for municipal elections can be done in any language to ensure they can register themselves. I don’t see the harm in that.
I dont see any problem with that. If this is what bothers you, consider yourself very lucky.
Maybe English could have been useful too.
It’s specifically for foreign residents, of course they’ll use foreign languages to be sure to reach them. Not anything wrong or controversial with that.
This is good. It is ridiculous that as a country which is so small that we depend on international trade of services and goods and to some extend foreign skills , investements and specialisations that we make it hard for desired expats to do their administration here.
