So che ci sono molte restrizioni e che è vietato portare con sé qualsiasi tipo di coltello tascabile in Georgia, ma penso che Morgenstern non sia così affilato o pericoloso, quindi forse è legale?

In Georgia, it is legal to carry weapons as part of the national costume. This includes Caucasian daggers and swords.

Not sure that thing would fall under this category.

Okay SO! If you dress up in a medieval armor and claim it’s part of a costume or whatever for a festival or something, you could be off the hook. But if I were a police officer and had to fine a guy who carried one of those wine openers that had a fingernail sized knife, I’d definitely write a fine to a guy carrying that shit.

    4. No. It is not legal. It falls under the same definition as carrying a small knife, because both are considered as cold weapons. Cold weapon in georgian law is described as the use of a weapon which is not related to explosive substances. It is simple in construction and used in hand-to-hand combat. Bow and arrow also count as cold weapons by the way 🙂

ANY kind of knives are forbidden to carry. I don’t remember the fine price but it’s more than 200 GEL (if you are free from previous convictions). If you are ex convict, you may go to jail for 1 year.

My man’s about to go clubbing big time. Also it’s more of a mace rather than a club I think.
