Got to be Telavi – the view of the Caucasus from the traffic lights by the bazroba is insane. Have a soft spot for Khashuri – not sure why

    2. Ozurgeti, quite and peaceful placr also it has the best looking theatre in Georgia.

I’ve been to Kutaisi and Tbilisi only, and I’d say Tbilisi was way better.

I visited three cities. Tbilisi was by far the best one. Other two was Kutaisi and Batumi.

    5. I’d say Batumi. It’s the city of a perfect size, you can walk literally anywhere, it has the sea, it has the nature (huge ass boulevard and the botanical garden), it has nice national parks in the vicinity (Mtirala and Machakhela), it has a unique skyline (not many beautiful cities can brag with that), it has an interesting mix of old and new, the only city in Georgia with an actual functioning bike infrastructure (no comment on parking culture, though).
Obviously, it has some atrocious elements to it as well, but having had visited almost 200 cities around the world, can confirm, almost every city in the world has the parts/neighborhoods they are ashamed off.
Honorable mention to Tbilisi, but it’s just too big for my liking.

probably Borjomi for forest and after that Batumi. Just love Batumi because of small and easy access by walk. sea breeze and lovely nights.

Gagra by far, was a beautiful city in the soviet union but all good things must come to an end i suppose.

Samtredia. Bicycles and brick houses, what’s there not to like about our subtropical Amsterdam?
