Sto ricevendo alcuni documenti dall’India alla Germania.

    2. You can paste the url in some page like https://www.punycoder.com . If the url is still fedex.com afterwards it’s legit as in „send by fedex“.
If it’s really just documents it shouldn’t be a tariffed good, therefore you could inquire at fedex/customs how the amount comes together.

Is it possible that your sister included some things that are not documents in the package?

Seems legit. If in doubt go to the FedEx page directly and check your shipping status.

PS: it’s a scam in a way. Because it’s so expensive. There might be a way to ask them to hand the package to customs and you do the handling yourself. If you have the time for that and can go to the customs office.

As others said, it is legit. But if you’re receiving documents, assuming they’re not documents with an intrinsic value (e.g. part of a collection that’s worth money), you shouldn’t pay any duties/VAT. However, it is possible that your sister made a mistake, or Dehlivery made a mistake and for some reason didn’t indicate this as documents.

Fixing this may not be easy, but start by calling FedEx and explaining that these are documents, not goods.

Go to r/Germany. I’ve seen several questions there about VAT, import taxes on packages from overseas, etc.
