Because it appears that as followers of Nzhdeh’s philosophy, they find it difficult to imagine how one can use giving up territory as a mechanism of self defense. He says he shares this philosophy. But as he understands, the other forces operating around Tavush are under the influence of the Russians.

I know there will be a few Dashnaks here saying that’s unproven allegations. But come on guys, knock it off.
