That sort of a stupid meme. While it would be “free” in Germany, you would also get stitched up there. You might not get any painkillers afterwards, that’s true.

🇩🇪 Wrong! You first have to wait 5 months, then you will get a prescription for tea, and finally you have to pay for it because it’s not included in public health insurance.
