Recentemente ho inviato una cartolina all’estero ma poco dopo ho ricevuto un messaggio di testo presumibilmente da Haypost in cui si diceva che l’indirizzo che avevo dato loro non era chiaro e avevano bisogno che lo confermassi. Ho seguito il collegamento, ho fornito loro il mio indirizzo e i dati della carta di credito. Poco dopo hanno provato a prelevare soldi dal mio conto e alla fine sono riusciti a ottenere circa 10€. Ho bloccato la mia carta ma sono estremamente preoccupato per quello che faranno al mio indirizzo. Non posso credere di essermi innamorato di questo!!! Di solito sono molto cauto ed era così doloroso che fosse una truffa. Non posso credere di esserci cascato davvero. Perché lo faccio?

* Block you card and inform your bank.
* Make sure you didn’t download or run anything.
* Make sure you didn’t give any permission to the website (I would go as far as reset the browser settings).
* If you have entered any password, I would go on and reset all your passwords.
* Regarding to the address, I don’t think they can do much. If you are a RA citizen they could easily get your address online anyways from election registers.
Do banks in Armenia refund fraudulent transactions?
Call your bank and refund the transaction, while immediately telling them to block the card.
Don’t get spooked, when they try to scare you, if they say they know your address. They can’t do anything with it.
In fact, you can pretty accurately get the address of most of the people, using a public voter database. Armenia is a small country, so just the name and surname and general location is enough to pinpoint someone’s living location.
